To our patients:

A referral is required for most services (excluding services listed below).

Please have your family physician or a physician from a walk-in clinic fax a referral to our office for your gynecologic concerns including requests for IUD insertions and Nexplanon insertion/removal requests. 

Special Exception/No Referral Required: 

For STI testing, PAP tests and emergency contraception, you can book an appointment *without* referral by calling our office. 

Our Physician Colleagues: 

Please fax a referral with your medical question, CPP and indicate if you belong to a FHO/FHT so we can ensure you do not receive outside access penalties.
